Prices

The prices published on the site, the payments and the invoices of the orders are in Euro:

Returns, Changes, Substitutions

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product,term after which the products delivered are deemed to be compliant and accepted by the user and Cerutti Claudio & C.S.A.S. reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund, the User may:

· Exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods purchased

· Change / replace the items purchased;

The return of the product is not free if the products are returned from a country other than the one originally indicated as destination address. Once the return procedure has been started, Cerutti Claudio & C.S.A.S. book a collection by contacting the contracted courier. The package must be delivered closed to the courier. If the return is returned using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the user.
 Ceruttigroup.com sends an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and activation of the refund procedure. Reimbursement of the price of returned products takes place within 15 days from the date on which Cerutti Claudio & C.S.A.S. received the returned product in the indicated conditions.
 The products to be returned must not have been worn, damaged, must not have been washed or altered and must not show any sign of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind. They must still present all original tags and security seals intact. Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothing covers etc.) received with the order.
 The shoes must be tested on a rug and should be returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes made without a box or in a damaged box can be refused and sent back to the customer.
 Underwear and swimwear should be tested over your underwear and without removing the protective adhesive. If the adhesive is removed or the garments crumpled, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
 We will not accept returns that do not meet all the required conditions.

There are 3 types of compensation available:

2. Refund

 Once the package is received by Cerutti Claudio & C.S.A.S., we will automatically refund the price of the returned product (s), if not damaged, and shipping costs for the initial delivery to the user (of following price), expressly excluding shipping costs of return and bank charges for crediting the amounts, which will be borne by the User. The re-crediting of the Price will take place on the credit card or on the PayPal account used for payment within 15 days of delivery of the return. (Unless they are originally defective products).

 Any differences in the amount due to the exchange rate fluctuation can not be reimbursed. Customs charges and sales taxes are not refundable for orders placed outside the EU. In this case,the reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, if previous.
 The User is responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
 If the products do not meet the conditions for accepting the return, the User will not be entitled to any refund.

 In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

Defective goods

With regard to defective products, the User can make use of the relevant regulations by returning the product within the terms set out in these conditions at his own expense. Cerutti Claudio & C.S.A.S. reserves the right to assess the existence or otherwise of such defects and, if so, to reimburse / replace the defective product by returning the relative shipping costs if incurred by the User.
